Corrections
The most useful message you can send. Include the page, what you believe is wrong, and ideally the primary source showing the correct answer. Corrections backed by a regulator, registry, sponsor disclosure or peer-reviewed publication are acted on fastest, and every correction is logged publicly at/corrections.
Source suggestions
If a primary document exists that this site has missed — an FDA action, a filing, a registry change, a publication — send the link. Secondary coverage is welcome as a pointer, but the primary document is what gets cited.
Press and research
The underlying status data is public and machine-readable at/status.json, with an RSS feed of verified updates and an embeddable status badge. Those are free to use with attribution and need no permission.
For anything beyond that — questions about method, or about how a particular status was established — email is fine.
