Corrections
Every correction is recorded here permanently. Nothing is silently edited.
When something on this site turns out to be wrong, it is fixed and the change is logged below with what it said before, what it says now, and the date. Corrections are never removed from this page, including old ones and embarrassing ones.
If a correction changes the regulatory status itself, subscribers are emailed about it, in the same way they would be told about any other material change.
No corrections have been issued.
This site published on 30 July 2026. An empty log this early means nothing has needed fixing yet — not that nothing ever will. If you find an error,tell us and it will appear here.
What gets logged here
- Any factual error: a wrong date, a wrong number, a misattributed source, a misdescribed trial.
- Any claim that overstated what a source supported.
- Any status that was shown incorrectly, for any length of time.
- Dead or redirected source links, when the replacement changes what the source says.
Typos, formatting fixes and rewording that does not change meaning are not logged — that would bury the real corrections in noise.
Minor and material
A minor correction fixes something that did not change the meaning of the status: a mistyped enrolment figure, a wrong publication date.
A material correction fixes something that could have misled a reader about retatrutide's regulatory position. Those are also announced to subscribers.
