No dosing or administration guidance
This site does not publish dosing schedules, titration schemes, reconstitution instructions, injection guidance or any other operational advice about using retatrutide, and will not.
The reason is straightforward. Retatrutide has no approved label. Dose figures appearing in reporting on this site — 4 mg, 9 mg, 12 mg — are descriptions of what was studied in controlled trials, under medical supervision, with monitoring and eligibility screening. They are trial facts, not instructions, and they are not transferable to anyone outside those trials.
What trial results mean, and what they do not
Trial results describe averages across groups of selected participants under study conditions. They are not predictions about any individual.
The Phase 3 trials reported here enrolled people with a mean BMI around 40 who met specific criteria and were monitored throughout. Adverse events led a substantial minority to stop — up to 18.2% on one arm in one trial. Reporting the efficacy without that context would describe a group of people who are not the same as the group that started.
Products sold as retatrutide
Substances offered for sale online as retatrutide, including those labelled for research use only, are not FDA-approved medicines. The FDA has issued warning letters describing such products as unapproved new drugs.
Their identity, purity, sterility, potency and contents have not been verified by any regulator. This site does not link to any seller, receives nothing from any seller, and takes no position on individual vendors beyond reporting what the FDA has said about the category.
Accuracy and currency
Considerable effort goes into accuracy — primary sources, verification timestamps, a build process that refuses to publish an inconsistent status, and a public corrections log. No guarantee of completeness or accuracy is given, and the regulatory situation can change between a verification and your reading of it.
