Terms of use

Using this site

By using retatrutidestatus.com you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

Retatrutide Status publishes information about the regulatory and clinical status of retatrutide, an investigational drug. It is informational. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. See themedical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Independence

Independent tracker. Not affiliated with Eli Lilly, the FDA, or any regulatory agency. Nothing here is endorsed by, or produced in cooperation with, any of them. Product names and company names are used only to identify what is being reported on, and remain the property of their owners.

Accuracy

Information is checked against primary sources and carries a verification date. Considerable effort goes into getting it right, and errors are corrected and logged publicly at /corrections.

Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be current at the moment you read it. Regulatory situations change, and the timestamp on the status card tells you how recent the last check was.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retatrutide Status and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or anything linked from it. Decisions about your health are for you and a qualified clinician, not for a website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Reusing the content

Quoting from this site with attribution and a link is welcome and needs no permission. Reproducing pages wholesale is not.

The following are explicitly free to use, with attribution:

  • The status data at /status.json, including in commercial products.
  • The RSS feed.
  • The embeddable status badge, provided the link back is left intact and the badge is not altered to show a status other than the one served.

Attribution means naming Retatrutide Status and linking to retatrutidestatus.com. The one firm condition is that you must not present the data as saying something it does not — in particular, you must not use it to imply retatrutide is approved, approaching approval on a schedule, or available.

What you may not do

  • Represent this site as affiliated with, or endorsed by, Eli Lilly, the FDA or any regulator.
  • Use its content to promote, sell or lend credibility to any product marketed as retatrutide.
  • Alter quoted material so it says something different, including by removing dates or qualifications.
  • Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others. The JSON endpoint and RSS feed exist so you do not need to.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure.

Email alerts

Alerts are provided free and require confirmation by email before anything is sent. You can unsubscribe from any message in one click. No guarantee is made about delivery, timing, or that any particular event will produce an alert. See theprivacy policy for how your address is handled.

Links to other sites

Links go to primary sources — regulators, registries, sponsors, journals. Those sites are not under this site's control and no responsibility is taken for their content or availability. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
